Muhammad Rifky Novandi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Novandi joined Lazada in 2018 as an Operation Analyst before transitioning to Schlumberger as a Procurement & Sourcing Supply Chain Specialist and later as a Strategic Sourcing Lead. In 2020, they joined Kargo Technologies as a Strategic Logistic Operations Lead and then as a Senior Key Account Manager. Currently, Novandi is working at Manuva, first as a Supply Chain Operations Manager and currently as the Head of Brand & Growth Strategy.

Muhammad Rifky Novandi has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Prior to that, they attended SMAN 1 Surakarta for their Senior High School education, with a focus on Science.
