Rob Fagg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob began their professional career as a Systems and Facilities Assistant at Canada Life International in 1997, where they provided basic end user IT support, planned and implemented office layouts, and liaised with suppliers.
In 1998, Rob joined Skanco Business Systems Limited as a Junior Engineer, supporting senior engineers both in the office and on customer sites. Rob also undertook general IT admin tasks and PC builds and rollouts for various customers.

In 2019, Rob transitioned to the role of Order & Service Management Team Manager at Manx Telecom, overseeing the efficient processing of orders and managing the service management team. Presently, they serve as the Data Centre Operational Efficiency Manager, where they focus on improving operational efficiency within the data center.
Throughout their career, Rob has consistently demonstrated their ability to provide excellent customer service, effectively manage teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
