Susannah Harrison

Susannah Harrison has extensive experience in the telecommunications and aviation industries, currently serving as the Head of Integrated Service Management at Manx Telecom since January 2001. In this role, Susannah oversees the Service Operations function, ensuring the smooth operation of a 24/7 team and is responsible for Wholesale Provision Services and Operational Support for the business. Prior to this position, Susannah held multiple roles at Manx Telecom, including Service Operations Manager, Roaming & Network Services Supervisor, and various positions in mobile product coordination and sales. Susannah's career began at Manx Airlines, where from November 1987 to January 2001, roles included Reservations Agent, Ticketing Agent, and IT Support.
