Ksenia Barannikova

Ksenia Barannikova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ksenia is currently working as an IT Recruiter at ManyChat, a platform focused on automating business communications. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Picsart, the world's largest creative platform. Unfortunately, they had to leave Picsart due to a layoff. Ksenia also has experience in talent acquisition and HR roles at Abbott, BearingPoint, BNP Paribas Cardif, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Sandoz, Johnson & Johnson, and ANCOR. Their roles have involved full-cycle recruitment, project management, consultancy, and research.

Ksenia Barannikova obtained an Associate's degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in 2012. Ksenia first completed a degree in National Economy from 2007 to 2012, receiving a diploma with honors. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued another Associate's degree in Translator in the sphere of professional communication.
