Aine Roach Jones has a diverse work experience in customer success and management roles.
From 2021 onwards, Aine worked at MAPAL Group as the Head of Customer Success and later transitioned to the role of Global Customer Success Enablement.
Prior to that, Aine worked at Fourth starting in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, Aine managed 2 million in annual revenue and was responsible for a segment of Fourth's customers, ensuring their business objectives were met.
