Xinnong Yang

Xinnong Yang has extensive work experience in the technology industry, specifically in the field of geographical information systems (GIS).

In 1993, they began their career at ABB as a GIS Analyst/Programmer, and then moved on to Esri in 1994 where they worked as a Senior Application Analyst/Developer for four years.

In 1998, Xinnong joined Autodesk as a Senior Software Engineer before transitioning to @Road, Inc in 1999, where they served as Manager of the GIS Development Group.

In 2001, Xinnong joined Trimble as the Director of China R & D, and later in 2003, they became the President and CEO of China operation at Naviton China.

From 2007 to 2012, Xinnong worked at deCarta as the General Manager of China Operation, and from 2012 to 2016, they served as the General Manager at Versalinks Technologies Limited.

Most recently, Xinnong worked at Mapbox, starting in 2016 as the Director of Business Development, China and later becoming the Head of Auto and Partnership, China in 2018.

Xinnong Yang obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, Yang completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Systems Engineering at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. No specific time period was provided for the latter degree.
