Steven Shiner

Steven Shiner, CPCU has been working at MAPFRE since January 1985, starting as a Senior Vice President in Claims before moving on to become the Senior Vice President of MAPFRE USA Operations in January 2021. With a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Nichols College, Steven is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company including Claims, Insurance Operations, and the Enterprise Contact Center.
