Randall Owen

Randall Owen has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Randall started their career as an Associate Director at Abbott in 2000 and then moved on to Merck in 2002. Randall later joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2004, working their way up to the position of Group Director. In 2010, they joined Lundbeck as Vice President of US Clinical Research. Randall then transitioned to ACADIA Pharmaceuticals in 2016, serving as Senior Vice President. Following this, Randall held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Navitor Pharmaceuticals before taking on the role of a Consultant at Randy Owen, LLC. In 2023, they became the Senior Vice President at MapLight Therapeutics, Inc.

Randall Owen completed their BA at Haverford College and then went on to earn a Medical Degree from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine. Randall pursued a Psychiatry Residency at Emory University School of Medicine. Additionally, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Randall is also Board Certified in Psychiatry by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
