Karanbir Singh Dua has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Karanbir Singh started their career at Ericsson in 2007 as an Engineer in the IN Configuration Management vertical. Karanbir Singh was responsible for performing configurational changes in the mobile operator's network to support new services and effective charging. Karanbir worked in this role until 2010.
After Ericsson, Karanbir joined Bezel Industries in 2010 as a Manager in Sales and Marketing. Karanbir Singh independently handled marketing and sales of European industrial equipment to corporate clients in Asia. Karanbir Singh also managed digital and print marketing and participated in local and international exhibitions. Karanbir worked in this role until 2012.
From 2012 to 2019, Karanbir worked at Kirusa as a Business Manager in Sales and Account Management. Their responsibilities included new business development in assigned territories, identification of new markets, and expansion of accounts through introducing new products and services. Karanbir Singh also presented to top management, built proposals, negotiated contracts, and managed accounts.
Most recently, Karanbir joined MapmyIndia in 2019 as an AVP in Enterprise Sales, and they continue to work in this role.
Karanbir Singh Dua's education history includes a range of academic and professional certifications. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies at the Amity Institute of Telecom Technoloy and Management, where they completed a B-Tech degree in Engineering in 2007. Following this, in 2012 and 2013, they attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and obtained a CPEM degree in International Business and Trade.
Additionally, Karanbir Singh Dua has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2020, they completed the "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" program offered by Coursera. Karanbir Singh has also obtained certifications in areas such as IT Project Management from ISB, Hyderabad, Primer on Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Viral Marketing and Psychology at Work from reputable institutions such as the University of Western Australia and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
