Elena Musya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consultancy. As the Owner and CEO of HuntProfi since July 2021, Elena leads an HR consulting agency focused on international Tech companies and start-ups, boasting a unique 8-step system for candidate evaluation during trial periods. Elena has also served as an HR Consultant at Mapsly, COO at Perfect Code and Buket.ru, and IT HR Account Director at Spice IT Recruitment Agency, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and the recruitment of IT and top-tier staff. With a foundational background in education, including a role as Deputy Director at a secondary school, Elena holds degrees from Omsk State Pedagogical University and completed coaching education in Canada.
