Helena Borglund

Helena Borglund has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Helena is currently serving as Chief Quality Officer at MAQS Advokatbyrå since November 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Chairman of the nomination committee at Bactiguard Holding AB (publ) starting in October 2018. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as General Counsel at Cybercom Group AB. Before that, they were an Advokat (lawyer) and partner at Time Advokatbyrå AB from 2008 to 2011, and General Counsel at Deseven from 2007 to 2008. Helena also worked as General Counsel at Framfab AB (publ) from 1999 to 2006. Helena began their career as an Advokat, Associate at Advokatfirman Hammarskiöld & Co from April to December 1999. Earlier, they worked as an Advokat, Associate at Lagerlöf & Leman Advokatbyrå in Stockholm, Paris, and London from 1994 to 1999. Helena started their professional journey as a District Court Clerk at Handen District Court from March 1992 to March 1994.

Helena Borglund obtained their LL.M. degree in the field of Master of Laws from Lund University from 1987 to 1991. Helena became a member of the Swedish Bar Association in 1997 and completed their membership from 1997 to 1999. In 2008, they joined the Swedish Bar Association as a member again, this time completing their membership from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Helena Borglund has obtained several certifications including "Grunderna i informationssäkerhet - steg 1 och 2 enligt ISO 27000" from the Swedish Institute for Standards, SIS in January 2020. Helena also holds certifications in project management, specifically Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner, obtained from PeopleCert in October 2018.
