Diego Leme

Diego Leme is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technology roles, currently serving as the Principal Software Engineer at Mara since January 2022. As the first employee and leader, Diego contributes to all business aspects, from defining company culture to product development using TypeScript and Vue. Previous roles include Tech Lead at Grupo Boticário, where Diego led strategic digital transformation projects, and Software Engineer at Alice, contributing to its early growth. Additionally, Diego was part of the founding team at Ciclic and played a significant role in the development of 99Taxis during its ascent as Brazil's first unicorn. Diego's earlier experience includes senior positions at ClickBus and TQI Consultoria, among others, with a strong focus on front-end development and user experience. Diego holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
