Maria Roush

Maria Roush has had three distinct work experiences. In 2022, Maria joined MARA Beauty LLC as an Associate Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant. From 2020 to present, Maria has been working at AVTV LLC as a Brand Content Strategist. In this role, they have collaborated and assisted in strategy and content development for accounts with 10+ million followers, implemented marketing and promotion tactics that led to growth of 900,000 followers in social media presence on Instagram, and utilized social media tools such as Instagram Analytics and Sprout Social to track consumer engagement and draw conclusions about user data. From 2015 to 2020, Maria worked at TownHall as a Bartender/Server. In this role, they assisted and interacted with customers, co-workers, and management, building strong relationships, solidifying their interpersonal communication skills, utilized social media outlets to assist with marketing new products, dining nights, and promoting customer appreciation campaigns that drove greater overall returns and customer retention, and balanced working 40 hours a week to fund their own schooling while upholding academics.

Maria Roush attended Cuyahoga Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree. Maria then attended Cleveland State University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
