Neil Konitzer

Neil Konitzer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Marathon Consulting and President of Cadence Data Corporation, Neil has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Information Technology at Diamond Healthcare, where leadership supported 1,300 employees and established comprehensive IT policies including HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity measures. As the Founder and President of Freisoft Consulting Services, Inc., Neil developed custom software solutions for a diverse client base, earning recognition from Microsoft for contributions to mobile software development. Neil's career also includes positions as Director of Information Technology at Bode Technology, Software Developer at Newport News Shipbuilding, and MIS Manager at Dave's Cabinet, Inc., alongside service as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy.
