Salman Khan

Salman Khan began their career at Arthur Andersen as an Associate from October 1998 to July 2000. Salman then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory Services, where they led various audits and consulting projects from September 2000 to October 2005. Salman later worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager from November 2005 to August 2006. Moving forward, Salman Khan held positions at Occidental Petroleum, including Technical Accounting Associate from August 2006 to October 2008, Controller from October 2008 to May 2014, and Director Technical Accounting from February to November 2014. Salman then worked at California Resources Corporation, serving as Director Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting from December 2014 to August 2015, Director Corporate Development | Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) from January 2015 to March 2018, and Director New Energy Ventures (Renewable Energy) from March 2018 to May 2021. Salman Khan joined Verb Technology Company, Inc. in May 2021 as EVP Corporate Development & Strategic Planning and later became EVP & Chief Financial Officer. Salman is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Marathon Digital Holdings, one of the largest enterprise Bitcoin self-mining companies in North America, starting from June 2023.

Salman Khan obtained a CPA (Certified Accountant) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2002. Salman later pursued an MBA in General Management from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2009.
