Shaquile Reid

Shaquile Reid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and data analysis. Currently serving as the Team Leader for Product Development at Marathon Insurance Brokers Ltd., Shaquile directs cross-functional teams and oversees the enhancement of the company’s online insurance platform. Previously, as a Data Analyst, Shaquile partnered with senior management to create Business Intelligence reports and led projects aimed at automating and improving the BI reporting system. Prior roles include Actuarial Analyst at Duggan Consulting Limited, conducting actuarial valuations for pension schemes, and a Trainee in Risk Assurance at PwC, where foundational skills in data analytics were developed. Shaquile holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in French Studies from Alliance Française de Paris.
