Javad Behseresht

Javad Behseresht is a highly experienced professional in reservoir engineering, currently serving as the Reservoir Engineering (Integration) Manager for the Eagle Ford Asset at Marathon Oil Corporation since April 2013. Javad has successfully led various initiatives, including a basin-wide Bottom-Up Top-Down study that improved production predictability and optimized well spacing and completion intensity using advanced techniques. In previous roles, Javad managed the Bakken development plan and was instrumental in enhanced oil recovery projects. With a strong academic background, Javad holds a PhD and MSc in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. Javad has also contributed to academia as a teaching assistant and developed innovative modeling simulations during research roles.
