Chad Corcoran

Chad Corcoran is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director of Administrative Services at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since June 2016, where core responsibilities include leading executive priorities and organizational strategies in Asset Optimization and Strategic Planning for MPLX. Chad has held several key positions within Marathon, including Manager of Performance Optimization and Manager of Business Operations & Planning, contributing to the Southwest Gathering business unit's strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of GIS/DMS/Drafting at Andeavor, where strategic planning and development of information management systems were prioritized. Chad is actively involved in the PODS Association as a member of the Board of Directors and has chaired the Technical Committee on Governance, overseeing the implementation of the PODS Technical Plan. Educationally, Chad is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Denver and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and MIS.
