Stephen Jefferies

Stephen Jefferies is currently the Vice President of Tax and Treasury at Maravai LifeSciences since September 2020. Prior to this, Stephen worked at PwC from January 2011 to July 2020, where Stephen held the title of M&A Tax Director. Stephen also has experience as a Tax Manager and Senior Associate at the same company. Before PwC, Stephen was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte from July 2007 to December 2010, specializing in operating partnerships, financial services partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. Stephen received their Masters in Accountancy with a specialization in Taxation from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007.
