John Thomson

John Thomson is an accomplished hotel general manager and corporate director with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since February 2002, John has held the position of Hotel General Manager at Nobu Hotel Marbella while also serving as Group Corporate Director of the Marbella Club Group of Hotels and its food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include strategic planning for food and beverage departments across multiple hotels, overseeing the opening of new concepts, and advising on various projects. Prior to this role, John was Operations Director for MPW Restaurants, contributing to the success of renowned Michelin-starred establishments. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Strathclyde.
