April Coyne

April Coyne has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and positions. In 2017, they worked as a Nursing Student at Trillium Health Partners and Nucleus Independent Living. The following year, they continued their nursing education at William Osler Health System. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Delta Health Institute as a Personal Law Clerk and Executive Assistant, and as a Medical Legal Analyst. In 2019, they returned to William Osler Health System as a Nursing Student and also worked as a Records Processing Specialist at medchart. In 2020, they became an Independent Consultant. In 2021, they joined Marble as the Director of Fulfillment Operations until 2023 when they were promoted to General Manager of the company. Additionally, they are currently working at SettLiT as the General Manager and Customer Experience role. Throughout their career, they have displayed skills in operations management, customer service, strategic planning, and budgeting.

April Coyne completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Humber College, where they studied from 2017 to 2019.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. April attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their degrees, April Coyne has obtained several certifications. April completed a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in June 2022. In April 2020, they received a certification in "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn. April also obtained certifications in "Coaching and Developing Employees" and "Jeff Dyer on Innovation" in February 2020 from LinkedIn.

Prior to that, in December 2019, they completed certifications in "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader," "Finding Your Purpose at Work," and "The Manager's Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work" from LinkedIn and Coursera.
