Silvia Pugliese

Silvia Pugliese is a seasoned entrepreneur and climate expert with a diverse background in chemistry and sustainable solutions. As the Founder of a stealth ClimateTech startup since February 2024, Silvia is currently focused on developing a new direct air capture (DAC) recipe. In addition to this role, Silvia serves as a Founder in Residence at Marble and is a Climate Tech Fellow with On Deck, facilitating collaboration among climate professionals to foster innovative solutions. Silvia is also a Co-Founder at Ambient Carbon and works as a Scientific Writer for Duegradi. Previous experience includes a role as an Early Stage Researcher at Solaronix, contributing to advancements in the photovoltaic industry, and serving as a Green Guide at Green Bike Tours, educating the public about climate change initiatives in Copenhagen. Educational credentials include a PhD in Molecular Chemistry from Collège de France and Université de Namur, alongside a Master's degree in Green and Sustainable Chemistry from the University of Copenhagen.
