Parimal Deuskar

Parimal Deuskar has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and legal oversight across various financial institutions. Currently serving in the Compliance, Risk & Legal department at Marcellus Investment Managers since March 2021, Parimal previously held the position of Director - Head, Group Compliance & Secretarial at Avendus Capital from February 2018 to March 2021. Parimal's career also includes leadership roles at Ambit Private Limited, where responsibilities spanned from Director to Vice President and Associate Vice President, overseeing the compliance and legal functions for the entire group. Prior roles include positions in risk management at Prudential and Birla Sun Life Insurance, starting with initial experience as a Management Trainee at IL&FS. Parimal holds multiple law degrees from the University of Mumbai and has completed the ACS program from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
