Richard Trent

Richard Trent is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving in multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager at March Construction and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the State of New Jersey DOBI, Richard also operates as the Principal Owner of TriPod Construction Services, LLC. Noteworthy past positions include Senior Project Manager for Greek Development, where Richard managed the Logan North Industrial Park project, and at Hudson Meridian Construction Group, overseeing a significant mixed-use residential project in White Plains. Richard’s project portfolio includes high-value developments such as the Cook Center for Learning and Development and a major ambulatory care center for Simone Healthcare Development. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Design from the New Jersey School of Architecture.
