James (Ernie) Flower is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR systems and integration project management. Currently serving as Integration Project Manager at MARCH since November 2020, Flower previously held significant roles at The Access Group, including Consultant Manager and Senior HR Systems Consultant, from May 2002 to September 2020. Earlier career experiences include serving as HR Systems Consultant at Computers In Personnel from January 1997 to April 2002 and as HR Information and Systems Manager at Lloyds Banking Group from June 1988 to December 1997. Possessing an Associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Flower combines a wealth of knowledge in HR strategies and systems integration.
