Michael Seeds

Michael Seeds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently the VP Operations, Integrated Marchex Technology at Marchex, where they oversee various aspects of the platform including development, client services, and talent management. Prior to this, they served as the Township Clerk for Pleasant Township in Rose Hill, KS. Michael also held multiple roles at Callcap, including Vice President Operations and Director of Product Performance and Process Improvement. Seeds has experience in start-up ventures as well, having served as the President of mediaPanel (SPS Inc.), where they managed the company's day-to-day operations and handled marketing, sales, accounting, and development. Earlier in their career, they worked at Aptean as a Senior Product Manager and at Marriott International in various technical support and project management roles.

Michael Seeds obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Wichita Technical Institute from 1988 to 1990. Michael also holds additional certifications including a Product Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2010, a Certified Help Desk Manager from the Help Desk Institute in 2009, Marriott's Foundation in Leadership from Marriott International in 1998, and Marriott's Project Management from Marriott International in 1997. Additionally, they have certifications from Pragmatic Marketing at various levels (PMC-I, PMC-II, PMC-III, PMC-IV).
