Kristin Mora has a diverse work experience in the jewelry and art industries. Kristin began their career as a Gallery Assistant at the University Art Gallery in California State University-Stanislaus in 2002. In 2005, they worked as an Art Consultant at Big Valley Gallery. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Sales Associate at Na Hoku Jewelers - Hawaii's Finest Jewelers Since 1924. In 2008, they joined Davidson & Licht as a Sales Associate and later became a Designer Jewelry Buyer and Marketing Assistant, where they cultivated vendor relationships and utilized data analysis to optimize product re-orders. In 2013, they joined Hamra Jewelers as a Repair Coordinator/Brand Manager, where they established a structured repair and service system and cultivated vendor relationships. In 2015, they moved to Marco Bicego, where they held the position of Customer Service Manager, managing customer service for various departments and supporting sales representatives. Kristin later became the Director of Events, PR, & Customer Service, overseeing retail establishments and collaborating with jewelry store teams to plan and execute brand events.

Kristin Mora earned a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from California State University, Stanislaus, completing their studies from 1997 to 2003.
