Latoya Fason

LaToya Fason has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. LaToya started their career in 2000 as an HR Director at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, where they stayed until 2016. In 2013, they joined InterContinental Milwaukee as a Human Resources Director and held that role until 2016. LaToya then moved on to AC Marriott Chicago in 2016, where they became the Human Resources Director. Most recently, they have been serving as the Area Human Resources Director at AC Marriott Chicago and Hyatt Regency Schaumburg since August 2021.
