Sarah Behm is an experienced professional in revenue management with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Area Revenue Manager at Marcus Hotels & Resorts since January 2022, Sarah has a history of maximizing revenue across multiple hotel properties, supported by comprehensive reporting and strategic market adjustments. Previously, Sarah held various roles at Heidel House Resort & Spa, including Director of Revenue Management and Housekeeping, where responsibilities included overseeing revenue management and housekeeping operations. Sarah’s career began in customer service as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express and progressed through positions such as Revenue Manager and Commercial Loan Coordinator at Fortifi Bank. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate Degree in the same field from Madison Area Technical College.
