Catherine Obrien

Catherine O'Brien has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate and investment industry. Catherine began their career as the Founder and Managing Director of Healthcare Capital Advisors from 2002 to 2006. Following that, Catherine worked as the Director of Business Development at Asset Funding Group from 2004 to 2009. Catherine then joined Beitler Commercial as an Executive Vice President from 1995 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Catherine served as the Director of Acquisitions for GH Capital, where they targeted assets for acquisition and raised private capital. Catherine later co-founded and co-owned CryoHealth from 2011 to 2012. Catherine then became an Executive at Avison Young from July 2012 to May 2013. Currently, they are the First Vice President Investments (Hotels-MF and Commercial)/National Hospitality Division at Marcus & Millichap since May 2013 and the Managing Director of OBRIEN HOTEL GROUP as of January 2020.
