Joshua Miaskowski

Joshua Miaskowski started their work experience in 2015 as a Delivery Coordinator at Delivery Dudes. Joshua operated delivery vehicles, handled monetary transactions, and provided customer service. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Security Supervisor at Privé Lounge, where they ensured the safety of patrons and resolved conflicts. In 2020, Joshua joined Marcus & Millichap as a Financial Analyst Intern, conducting market research and providing assistance with digital documents. In 2021, they became a Lead Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap, where they prepare Offering Memorandums and Broker Opinions of Value packages and conducts research.

Joshua Miaskowski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University between the years 2016 and 2020.
