Kurt Schwarz

Kurt Schwarz has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Kurt started their career at Ernst & Young in 1981, where they served as a Senior Manager. In this role, they provided financial advisory services to small, medium, and large organizations, including auditing, SEC reporting, and IPO preparation. Kurt then joined the International Lease Finance Corporation in 1995 as the Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer. In this position, they managed a team of 25 professionals and oversaw financial reporting processes, quarterly closes, and SEC filings. In 2013, Kurt Schwarz worked as a Senior Accounting Professional at Kurt Schwarz, CPA. Finally, they joined Marcus & Millichap in 2014 as the First Vice President Finance - Chief Accounting Officer.

Kurt Schwarz pursued their education from 1977 to 1981 at California Lutheran University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance. Kurt later obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Department of Consumer Affairs in 1987.
