Seth M. Mott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Seth M. started their career in 2006 as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice. Seth M. then worked as a Law Clerk at Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, P.C. in 2007. In 2008, they joined the same firm as an Associate Attorney, where they stayed until 2011. In 2011, they became a First Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to their legal career, they worked at Intellectual Reserve, Inc. as a Language Coordinator, Translator and Interpreter starting in 2001. Throughout their career, Seth has gained valuable experience in various legal and managerial roles.

Seth M. Mott completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Washington and Lee University School of Law between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2005, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Seth completed their high school education at University High School from 1995 to 1998.
