Steven Weinstock's work experience demonstrates a strong background in the real estate industry. Steven began their career as a Leasing Associate at The Hayman Company in 1989 and later became President of Noble/Advantage from 1991 to 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they served as Vice President at Trammell Crow Company before joining Friedman Real Estate Group as an Investments Sales professional from 1997 to 2001.

In 2001, Weinstock joined Marcus & Millichap as Vice President of Investments. Steven quickly rose through the ranks, serving as Sales Manager for the Cincinnati and Columbus offices before being promoted to Regional Manager in 2009. Steven continued their ascent, becoming Vice President/Regional Manager in 2012 and First Vice President/Regional Manager in 2015.

During their time at Marcus & Millichap, Weinstock took on additional responsibilities as National Director of the Self Storage Division in 2020 and National Director of the National Land Group in 2016. In these roles, they organized and supported agents in offices across the United States and Canada, providing guidance on the acquisition and/or disposition of self storage properties and land.

In 2021, Weinstock joined the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation as the Real Estate Education Committee Chair, further expanding their involvement in the industry. Overall, their extensive experience and leadership positions demonstrate their expertise in managing sales teams, advising clients, and driving success in the commercial real estate sector.

Steven Weinstock earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, which they attended from 1982 to 1986. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Wayne State University Law School, completing their studies from 1986 to 1989.

In addition to their formal education, Steven Weinstock obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In May 2012, they became a Designated Managing Broker through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Furthermore, in November 1997, they obtained the certification of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute.
