Sukmaji Bratawijaya

Sukmaji Bratawijaya has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Sukmaji started their career at Indosat in 2007 as a Business Process Staff in the Customer Service Management department. In 2010, they joined ADIRA as a System Procedure & Compliance Assistant Manager. Sukmaji then moved on to Bank Sahabat Sampoerna in 2015, where they held the position of Human Capital Organization Development, Strategy & Control Department Head. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as leading the HC OD unit, managing organization structure, and conducting training for the HC Team. In 2019, Sukmaji joined PrivyID as the VP of Human Resources, and in 2022, they became the Head of HCGA Division at PT. Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk.

Sukmaji Bratawijaya has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which was obtained from Universitas Mercu Buana from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) from 2001 to 2007.

Before their university education, Sukmaji attended SMA Negeri 1 Bandung from 1998 to 2001, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Sukmaji has obtained various certifications. These include Certified Human Resource Business Partner from Pungki Purnadi & Associates in November 2022, Human Resource Development Professional from Indonesia Human Development Institute in July 2020, Compensation & Benefit and Performance Management from PT Care Indonesia Solusi in July 2019, Certified Organization Development Specialist from Pungki Purnadi & Associates in March 2019, and Industrial Relation from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in June 2016.
