Johan Enters

Johan Enters has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role is the Director Global Service Business at Marel, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TotalEnergies as the Operations & Asset Business Manager Europe | Hydrogen Mobility, where they focused on hydrogen business and network development.

Johan also has a significant tenure at Emerson, where they held various roles such as Sales Director Digital Solutions, Marketing & Service, Director Europe Service Management, and Director Global Business Development; Lifecycle Service Program & Product Management. In these positions, they achieved profitable growth, customer satisfaction, team development, and organizational objectives.

Before joining Emerson, Johan worked at Endress+Hauser as the Manager Fieldservice, where they led the Dutch Field Service organization and contributed to the global service development. Johan also served as a Project Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, managing an acquisition project and saving costs through asset management.

Furthermore, Johan held sales and support positions at Westburg, where they were responsible for sales of laboratory equipment and led the Life Sciences Support Organization. Additionally, they gained experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Manager R&D and Sales Specialist, developing analyzers and managing a team of specialists.

Johan started their career as a Service Engineer & Project Manager at Multi Instruments Instrumentation. Overall, their work experience showcases a track record of leadership, strategic planning, business development, and customer satisfaction.

Johan Enters earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Business School Netherlands from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Ingenieur (Ing.) degree in Chemical Engineering/HLO-APLI from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences between 1989 and 1992. Additionally, Johan completed a Young Executive Program at de Baak in 2000-2001 and received sales education from Meta-Morphose Cheltenham in 1997. In 1996, they also attended NIVE for project management education.
