Norbert van Reuth

Norbert Van Reuth has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Norbert started their career at Océ Technologies BV in 1992, where they served in various functions in Research & Development until 1999. At Océ Technologies, they then took on the role of Team-leader R&D for Mechanical Engineering/Industrialization, where they led engineering teams to develop printers using the latest production techniques and collaborated with suppliers to create the necessary documentation. Norbert continued with Océ Technologies as a Project Manager in Manufacturing & Logistics from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Van Reuth joined Marel as a Manager of Purchasing. Norbert later became the Regional Director of Procurement EU-central from 2015 to 2017, responsible for overseeing procurement operations in the region. Norbert then took on the position of Director of Global Outsourcing from 2017 to 2023, where they led the global outsourcing initiatives of the company. Currently, Norbert Van Reuth is serving as the Director of Procurement & Supply Chain set-up at Marel Poultry.

Outside of their main career, Van Reuth was also involved in the PR committee of the HBSV soccer club in 2013.

Norbert Van Reuth began their education at Marianum, where they completed their Atheneum from 1981 to 1987. Norbert then attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 1987 to 1991, specializing in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on small mechanics.
