Caroline Raya

Caroline Raya serves as Gerente Jurídica e Compliance at Marelli since September 2020, where responsibilities include establishing the legal department, restructuring the compliance program, advising executive management, and overseeing contractual and litigation management. Prior to this, Caroline held various legal positions, including Gestão Jurídica at Dipesul Volvo and Supervisora Jurídica at Grupo SABEMI, leading teams and managing complex legal matters. Caroline's education includes specializations in Civil Procedure, Constitution, and Business Law, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
