Arianna Belotti

Arianna Belotti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Performance, Talent, and Organization Management Manager at Marelli, where responsibilities include leading the Performance, Talent, and Organization Management team and supporting People & Rewards in Industrial and Corporate Functions. Previous roles include Global HR Talent Management Manager and PMO at Marelli, where Arianna designed talent-related programs and managed performance metrics, as well as positions at MotorK and Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein focusing on HR systems and data analysis. Arianna holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health Psychology from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by additional training in Workday HCM.
