Davide Dolce

Davide Dolce has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Davide is currently working at Marelli as the HR Global Process Manager and HR Transformation Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Teksid Spa as the HR Processes & Systems Manager for the Teksid sector. Davide was responsible for updating HR systems, proposing new processes, and managing the sector budget. Before that, they were the HR Services Manager at FCA Services Serbia, where they oversaw HR operations. Davide also worked at Fiat Services as an HRSSC Specialist, where they were involved in various projects related to personnel administration and HR services. Davide started their career as an intern at EUROGROUP and Gi Group, where they gained experience in CV analysis, interviews, contract management, and administrative tasks.

Davide Dolce earned a Bachelor's degree in Science of Administration and Consultancy Work - Human Resources branch from Università degli Studi di Torino in 2008. Davide then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Science of Government and Administration from the same university, which they completed in 2010.
