Nilesh Jethwa

Nilesh Jethwa is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and trading. Currently, Jethwa serves as a member of the Executive Committee and CEO at Marex since 2017, alongside roles as a Lifetime Honorary Trustee and member of the Board of Trustees at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice. Previous positions include Non-Executive Director at Family Traveller and several key leadership roles at Leonteq Securities AG and Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities included heading various divisions and managing trading and risk strategies. Jethwa began their career with internships at prominent financial institutions. Jethwa holds an MA (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
