Michael Parker

Michael Parker has a comprehensive work experience in occupational health and medicine. Michael served as the Medical Director for Occupational Health & Wellness Center at Margaret Mary Health from November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company as an Employee Health Services Physician from April 2012 to July 2019, where they provided patient care and implemented a Global Medical Surveillance program. Michael also held the position of Medical Director for Occupational Health Services at Margaret Mary Health from June 2010 to April 2012. Before that, they served as the Executive Director of Medical Services and Environment, Health, & Safety at Hill-Rom Holdings from November 2006 to June 2010, and as the Executive Director of Medical Services at Hillenbrand Industries from January 2002 to November 2006. Michael has also worked as the Medical Director for Occupational Health Program at Primary Health Medical Group from June 1997 to January 2002, and as the Medical Director for Occupational Health & Safety at Cummins, Inc from July 1994 to May 1997.

Michael Parker has a DO degree in Medicine from Des Moines University. Michael also holds a BS degree in Biology from Purdue University. Additionally, they have obtained an MSPH degree in Radiological & Industrial Hygiene from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA degree in Business from Xavier University. Michael Parker also has several certifications, including being a National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner, a Certified Medical Review Officer, and being Board Certified in Occupational Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
