Nenad Stefanovic is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile executive chef roles across various esteemed establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort since May 2023, Nenad previously held the same position at Monarch Casino Resort Spa - Black Hawk from July 2021 to May 2023, and at Gun Lake Casino from July 2020 to April 2021. Additional experience includes roles at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), Capella Hotels and Resorts, Dupont Hotel, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, showcasing a strong background in both culinary management and operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from the Faculty of Hospitality and an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from The Secondary of Catering and Tourism.
