Salvador Soberanis is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Since May 2019, Salvador has served as the Executive Chef and owner of SOBE eats Culinary Concepts, while also holding the position of Executive Chef at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort since May 2015. Previous roles include Executive Sous Chef at Westin Hotels & Resorts (January 2013 - May 2015), Chef De Cuisine at Sonesta Hotels (April 2011 - January 2013), and Chef/Owner at Padrino's Cuban Bistro (February 2006 - March 2011). Additionally, Salvador has held positions as Sous Chef at Marriott Hotel (June 2004 - February 2006), Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC (January 2003 - June 2004), Chef de Cuisine/Executive Sous Chef at The Grand America Hotel (September 1996 - January 2003), and Sous Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton (December 1992 - August 1996).
