Ray Saleem

Ray Saleem has a background in business excellence and process improvement. From 2016 until present, they worked at Margasoft Corp. as a Business Excellence Leader, utilizing Six Sigma methodology and analytics to achieve business objectives. Ray also built business processes for sales development and financial management, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Ray worked at Acosta Marketing Group as a Business Excellence Manager. Here, they raised the level of automation, provided consulting on Business Excellence, and collaborated with local and global teams to improve performance and service.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked at SkillStorm as a SME Business Consultant. In this role, Ray provided input on areas of improvement in projects and methodology, managed the digitization of operations, and oversaw the Enterprise Risk Management process.

Ray Saleem attended the University of Florida from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
