Mariko Takeuchi is an accomplished design and brand management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Mariko serves as Head of Design and CEO at Margin Innovation, spearheading a design studio and consultancy focused on human-centered design for complex environments. Previously, Mariko was the Founding Director of the iDE Innovation Lab, establishing Southeast Asia's first non-profit design consultancy. Additionally, Mariko founded an academic program at the University of British Columbia for Brand Management and served in key brand management roles at Ferrero and Unilever. Mariko's educational background includes a master's degree from SOAS University of London and a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia, complemented by international business studies at HEC Paris.
