Son Tran

Son Tran started their work experience in 2010 as a Pianist with the HCMC Ballet Symphony and Orchestra. Son continued their career as a Pianist with the Berliner Symphoniker from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, Son Tran worked as an Assistant Professor of Music at the Universität der Künste Berlin. Son then transitioned to the role of Shift Team Leader at Wasabi Restaurant from 2016 to 2020. From February 2020, Son Tran worked as a Sales Tech Architect/Administrator/Developer at MarginEdge, where they empowered restaurant owners with daily reporting and streamlined efficiencies across the back office. In July 2020, they also took on the role of a Restaurant Manager at MGM National Harbor.

Son Tran has a diverse education history. Son obtained a Master's degree in Music Performance, General from Universität der Künste Berlin in 2012-2016. Prior to this, they received a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from Hochiminh city Censervatory of Music in 2010-2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Pedagogy from Saigon University in 2010-2014. Son also pursued studies in Information Technology, earning an Associate of Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from The George Washington University. Additionally, Son has obtained various certifications including Restaurant Manager/Food & Beverage Manager from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Deutsch from Goethe-Institut e.V., and certifications from Cisco Networking Academy and Salesforce.
