James Graff

James' practice includes providing auditing, tax, and management advisory services to clients in various industries, including real estate, professional services, manufacturing and distribution.

He advises his clients on all aspects of business and financial management, including operational and internal control matters and structuring of prospective acquisitions and transactions, with a focus on cash flows, financing, rates of return and related tax considerations.

James joined MWE in 2004. In recent years, he has concentrated his practice on providing financial support and advice to the manufacturing and distribution industry with a specialty in the beverage industry.

James is member of the American Institute of CPAs.
