Marshall Felix has a strong background in construction and project management. Marshall most recently worked as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Marguerite Concrete Contractors Inc since 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Construction Management at Equity Residential from 2018 to 2019, where they managed large-scale projects such as the West End Apartment Tower and Lofts at Kendall Square II. From 2013 to 2018, Marshall served as a Project Executive at Suffolk Construction, overseeing projects like the One Dalton Hotel and Private Residences and 275 Albany St. Marshall also served as the Vice President of Operations at Liberty Construction Services from 2012 to 2013, achieving significant revenue growth and expanding the field forces. Marshall's earlier experience includes roles at Suffolk Construction as a Senior Project Manager and at Turner Construction and Miller and Long Concrete Construction as a Construction Superintendent, where they demonstrated their expertise in project planning and execution.
Marshall Felix earned a BA degree in Sociology, Economics, and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College from 1990 to 1994. Marshall then pursued a one-year intensive program in Construction Management at East Carolina University from 1999 to 2000. Marshall later completed their education with an MBA degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Masters in Business Administration.
