Riikka Haikola

Riikka Haikola is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Head of Sales Finland at Maria Nila Stockholm since January 2019, following a successful tenure as District Manager for the same company. Riikka became a member of the Nordic & UK Lead team and won a sales competition within six months of starting as District Manager. Prior to joining Maria Nila, Riikka had a long career at L'Oréal from 2002 to 2018, where roles included B to B Business Consultant and Head Educator for Kérastase, as well as B to B Sales Representative and Trade Marketing Coordinator. Early career experience includes entrepreneurship and teaching at Naps Oy Ltd and freelance education for Goldwell and L'Oréal Finland, with a foundational year as an Au Pair in Chicago in 1994-1995.
